After more than 10 years in the fitness industry, Wills first got introduced to kettlebells in early 2009 and immediately realized the immense benefits that can be gained from kettlebell training. After attending an introductory workshop on kettlebells, he spent countless hours and days reading up on kettlebells and watching videos from Steve Cotter, Steve Maxwell, Mike Mahler, Pavel Tsatsouline and Mark Cheng to name but a few. In 2011 Wills successfully completed the IKFF CKT level 1 and 2 courses.
Wills has experience in all aspects of training, ranging from performance enhancement in sports professionals to rehabilitation of injuries, weight loss and general physical conditioning for a wide variety of clients. He spends a great deal of time on constantly improving his knowledge in not only fitness, but also nutrition and supplementation in order to better help clients reach their goals and improve their lifestyles. In addition to kettlebells, Wills also uses TRX Suspension Training, BOSU Balance Training, body weight exercises, circuit training and traditional weight training to achieve various fitness goals.
