Tony is both an extremely accomplished athlete and a successful full-time personal trainer. His personal training focuses on teaching functional training, high intensity interval bodyweight circuits and explosive lifting.

He is an IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher, and he recently began teaching an extremely popular Kettlebell class at Elixia Sjølyst Oslo.

Tony’s athletic accomplishments include being been a two-time world champion martial artist – Heavy Weight World Champion (World Escrima Kali Arnis

Federation) and Cruiser Weight World Champion (World Escrima Kali Arnis Federation). He is currently a Mauy Thai coach with the British Thai Boxing Council and a Sambo coach with the United Federation Russian Sambo. Tony holds a Black Belt with Doce Pares Filipino Martial Arts.

Tony produces training videos currently sold by HMV, VIRGIN megastores, TESCO and AMAZON. He was the sole reviewer and writer of Martial Arts in London for Time Out magazine from 2002 to 2006. As the featured instructor on a BAFTA award winning Channel 4 documentary FAKING IT, Tony educated over a million viewers on the subject of Self Protection. He also has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines including an article in South East Business on how to defuse conflict with effective communication and a page on safety tips in the Sunday Telegraph supplement. His innovative training programs have headlined on both the ITV news and the current affairs program Seven Days. They have also been discussed on a number of BBC talk shows.

Some of his recent clients have included the Metropolitan Police force, Channel 4 television, Risk Management International consultants, the staff at schools and colleges, the British Museum, television journalists, city law firms and over two thousand security personnel.
