Like so many kids I first started with Bodybuilding/Power lifting with influences being Dr. Fred Hatfield and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The difference was I did full Squats and Dead Lifts, and heavy Bent Rows, and Power Cleans. Later on I discovered Cross Training by incorporating lap Swimming, long Bicycle Rides and Running into my workouts. Lastly I re-discovered the ‘Compensatory Acceleration’ concept through Louie Simmons Power Lifting Conjugate Method.
Leafing though a fitness magazine I read about Kettle bells and due to their dynamic nature, their appeal was immediate to me. My first influence was Steve Maxwell, next came Mike Mahler who led me to IKFF. Everyone has an inner athlete and my job is to bring that out. As a general Trainer I am able to develop programs for weight loss and fitness based on various type of overall body training. For athletes, my forte, through concepts called PAP and Complexes I can make you EXPLOSIVE. Kettlebells are the perfect tool for any fitness or athletic goal.
