I have 4 years of experience with kettlebell training which has intensified since becoming a Certified Level 1 Instructor. Now I find that my training sessions last longer with better form and I am reaping the benefits during my CrossFit training. My favorite aspect of kettlebell training is that anyone of any age or ability can begin a training regimen with very little “ramp up” time. I train using video for instant feedback and have had success with assisting other members at my gym who would be considered seasoned athletes.
