Windsurfing (WDWS Certification)
In my past, I have been training in these areas:
Swimming (competition level, backstroke champ)
Skiing (teacher level)
Currently I am studying nutrition and fitness to achieve the best body functionality/posture and longevity (with a holistic / lifestyle approach).
