Arnold Championships - Competitor Support Video 6 Months, 1 Week ago

The below video is meant to summarize what is a good repetition, bad repetition and reason for a "stop command" (disqualification).
Of course, this does not cover every possible scenario. However, we do hope it provides a high level over-view of the judging criteria and ensures we are all on the same page.
If you have questions, please post a response.
In addition, feel free to enjoy Mitch's high level of engagement in the production process.ha ha.
Looking forward to seeing all of you in a couple weeks!

Ha Ha....I will be talking to Thomas Ritz about getting Mitch a role in an upcoming drama. Actually in his defense, he was in a horrible mood because he couldn't train - he was recovering from a non k-bell related injury.

Hello All,
The video discusses disqualification after being issued 2 warnings. To clarify, that is 2 total warnings throughout the set. For example, if you get issued a warning at 1 minute and then another at 3 minutes, this would result in disqualification. Of course, 2 consecutive warnings will also result in disqualification.

Good stuff.
Remember, it's all about control. You must demonstrate control in lockout and rack positions (jerk or long cycle jerk) or lockout if we are talking about snatch lift.
If you choose to use the under-squat element as it applies to snatches, make sure that your lockout is crisp and controlled. No pressing allowed.
Here is a demonstration of under-squat as applied to kettlebell snatches.

Nice demonstraion video! The points came through well.
Very strong lady and Mitch is cool - a nice contrast to all the people smiling in training vids .
