As a mom of little ones, pet owner, and former enterprise software sales manager traveling the country for many years, she knows well that you have to stay healthy and fit to keep up with life and time can’t be wasted guessing where to go or how to get the most out of your work out. Training has to be effective, efficient, safe and a lot of fun! Kettlebells have been Renee’s solution and savior for the past few years and she’s excited to share her passion with others. She has left the sales world to devote herself to working hands on with women ready to take their fitness and their lives to the next level.
