Phil Earley is a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Fitness Specialist with The National Academy of Sports Medicine, Golf Conditioning Coach and an independent Zone Nutrition Consultant. Phil is also registered as an Advanced Trainer with the UK Register of Exercise Professionals.
Phil is the first Action for Rehabilitation of Neurological Injuries Instructor in Newcastle (UK).
He is dedicated to helping people achieve improved function and quality of life; as well as reaching any sporting goals they may have. Phil’s company slogan, Enjoyment Through Helping Others Succeed.
His interest in kettlebells spans several years and in April 2008 he set up Newcastle’s 1st official kettlebell club. Having recently completed IKFF certification in London, Phil will head to Minneapolis in October to take the RKC. Phil is the North East Rep for the British Kettlebell Lifting Federation and travel to Latvia early 2009 to train with Vasily Ginjko. I am dedicated to promoting the sport of kettlebell lifting in my region and the UK.
I am now working with ARNI to help develop a program of kettlebell training to assist stroke victims with strength rehabilitation and I have been asked to contribute a chapter in a forthcoming book by Dr. Thomas Balchin.
I offer private and group/team training ranging from corrective exercise through to top level performance enhancement.
