Patrick J Land is a cert 111 & 1V personal trainer based in Melbourne Australia. Patrick uses kettlebells to get his clients to reach peak fitness physically and mentally. Training his clients in various locations ranging from local parks to his clients office or home He has found that whatever his clients requirements and abilities are, by starting with basic body weight exercises and gradually teaching correct technique and posture while using kettlebells, his clients fitness and general health has improved far quicker than with any other method of training. Patrick had the pleasure of being trained last year by Steve Cotter which has been the highlight of his career in personal training. Patrick has adapted Steve’s teaching skills to improve his clients technique and also further improve their state of mind during training. Patrick has completed certs in Advanced resistance training , Managing back pain, Shoulder injuries rehab, dealing with Knee injuries and Pilate floor exercises. Patrick is also a member of I.K.F.F and Fitness Australia.
