Nick started his fitness path, training in the martial arts, at the age of eight.
He has continued his martial arts training while becoming a certified personal trainer, through the American College of Sports Medicine, in order to learn the latest scientific approaches to achieve and sustain fitness for a higher quality of life.
By first screening for structural, functional, and strength imbalances using highly detailed protocols, known as the Functional Movement Screen™ and the Primal Movement Pattern™, Nick ensures that his clients are pain free and functional. Then, if his clients wish, Nick utilizes a variety of training techniques such as kettlebells, suspension training, metabolic resistance training, boxing, kickboxing, Tai Chi, stress reduction techniques, plus a variety of high intensity drills in order to give his clients the greatest possible chance for success.
For the past seven years Nick has worked with all types of clients: rehabilitating injuries (back, hips, shoulders, knees, etc.), enhancing athletic performance, weight loss, muscle gains, and just helping people live healthy, functional lives.
