My main aims as a Personal Trainer are to introduce effective training sessions and encourage clean eating habits so my clients can live a long, healthy, strong & satisfying life without pain or injury.  After being introduced to kettlebells in 2007 by a good friend, I have been using them ever since to deliver challenging full body workouts that promote fat loss, joint mobility, improved posture and aid in the development of strength, work capacity, aerobic endurance and all-round mental toughness. I am available for outdoor one to one or group training sessions in Melbourne.  Let me show you how this very simplistic and ‘no frills’ piece of equipment can offer a very fulfilling workout & improve your long term well-being.
