Minna has passion for helping people to get fit, and learn lifelong habits on staying fit and enjoying it. She has very focused approach on improving athletic abilities and performance, helping the client with weight loss and body composition goals and working with people with acute or chronic injuries. She strongly believes that with increased ability, the richness and depth of the experience grows. She has background in ergonomics and biomechanics, and the past 8 years she has devoted her skills into personal training. She focuses on working with the individual, progressing at the level that is appropriate for him, finding the weaknesses and balancing the body, challenging coordination and utilizing functional movements. She emphasizes the strength training and core in fitness regimen, since that provides the foundation for fitness and improving body composition. She has successfully coached her clients to improved athletic performance, to change their lifestyles and learning to enjoy the results in everyday life. Minna is NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and a IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher. She has background in martial arts, snowboarding, equestrian, cycling road racing, rock climbing and aerial acrobatics.
