Fitness has always been the greatest part of my life and I love sharing it with others. I have spent the last two years working as a personal trainer as well as coaching youth at the high school level. My passion is to give people of all walks of life the tools necessary to reach their health and fitness goals. My training style draws from many different methods anywhere from balance and stabilization to power lifting and olympic weight lifting, including yoga and pilates techniques as well as functional resistance training and now kettlebells.
I graduated from the University of Arizona where I was an All-American Track and Field athlete. I am certified by both the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as by USA Weightlifting as a Sport Performance Coach. I have worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach for both the University of South Florida and Utah State University. Now I look to continue my education and keep spreading it to as many as I can reach.
