Hi, my name is Gareth I’m a qualified and experienced personal trainer and strength coach. Throughout my life I have had a passion for sports of different disciplines and have been intrigued and inspired by the impact that nutrition and different training techniques can have on the human body and mind.
Having practiced many different and varied sporting activities from rock climbing to mixed martial arts, kettlebells to yoga I have gained in important insight into the physical demands on the body. I myself have suffered injuries, which could have ended my fitness activities, but with the correct rehabilitation, training and determination I have succeeded in continuing in the way of life that is so important to me. I am now able to pass that passion to others and train them efficiently going from strength to strength. No challenge is ever too big or too mad….bring on the training!
Through my continuous learning journey I have met, trained and learnt from some extremely inspirational and influential people over the years that have enriched my knowledge and enabled me to provide efficient training methods and knowledge for my clients.

I use a combination of old and new training methods, but most importantly I tailor each session and programme personally for each client to achieve their own goals. Any new client will go through a full consolation process, which will enable me to build you a person specific programme and tailor your training to suit your life style and fitness level. Continuous assessment will take place during our training sessions to ensure you are getting the most out of your training and feeling the positive impact mentally and physically.
I specialize in, and favour bodyweight training but also utilise other equipment such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Ropes, Resistance Bands and suspension systems, which add variety into your workouts so you’ll never get bored and allows you to focus on what works best for you. The range of equipment I use can easily be transported to your home, an out door space or work place, making our training sessions flexible and able to meet your needs.
