“Frank Taeger is a Martial Arts Athlete who won 2 silver medals in the 2006 World Championships in Wushu. He has trained several years in Asia, in the Shaolin Temple and rural Muay Thai Camps in Thailand. All through his development he has acquired extensive knowledge and skills concerning martial arts and physical training. Understanding that most people want the body of a fighter while not really caring about the skills, he understood that training ordinary people like fighters is what benefits them the most. Right now he is working on the release of his first book, an analysis of the major kettlebell lifts and tension movements to provide a unique biomechanical analysis of the lifts and instructions for coaches as well as athletes on how to perform with kettlebell training. Finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology he develops a model comparing athletes to businessmen and evaluating the efficacy of coaching methods for both of these groups.
Frank is available for personal training, Seminars and personal instructions in kettlebells and martial arts movement training. He instructs in kettlebell and barbell training as well as Taiji and Shaolin Yijinjin Qigong. He is certified through the regional government of Henan and the shaolin temple, signed by the regional governeur and abbot Shi Yongxin, to instruct students in basic Shaolin movements. Frank is also an IKFF CKT Level 1 Trainer.”
