Dave Chesser is a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified taichi and qigong teacher. A long-term resident of Taiwan, he’s made a dedicated study of the Chinese internal martial arts and that pursuit colors his teaching of health and fitness. In both group and one-on-one classes, he stresses working the body hard through kettlebell and bodyweight training and then using qigong and meditation as recovery methods. This blend of the yin and yang of fitness can help students reach any fitness goal.
