Starting in August of 2010 I made a decision that I needed to improve my health if I wanted to be able to enjoy my future years. By changing my diet and incorporating exercise into my life 5 to 6 days a week the improvements have been significant, and along the way it started to inspire family and friends to do the same and I found that helping others to a healthier way of life was enjoyable to me. Along the way I discovered kettlebells, I found them very challenging and a fantastic way to cover all the areas of fitness in one workout. If you are looking to improve your overall health by losing some weight, gaining some muscle, improving your joint health and flexibility, it would be my pleasure to help you.
