Cristal received her BS in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise; recently she obtained her certification as a Certified Kettlebell Teacher through the IKFF.   Cristal has been training with kettlebells for two years and has recently begun competing in Girevoy Sport.

s a GiryaFit Kettlebell Instructor, she enjoys teaching the fundamentals of kettlebell lifting to her clientele.   Cristal is currently pursuing certification as a strength and conditioning specialist.
