I’ve been doing all kinds of yoga and fitness for thirty years. I’m a yoga teacher, a runner with the Merrimack Valley Striders, a skier and snowboarder. I love to mountain bike and hike, and I still play women’s lacrosse on a local team, and love working out with kettlebells. I’m interested in all kinds of movement and am a professed anatomy geek.
I have completed the teacher training in the Iyengar system with Patricia Walden am studying to become a certified Iyengar instructor. The Iyengar system requires precise alignment in the yoga asanas or postures. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2006 when I completed and became a certified Forrest Yoga Teacher. I’m a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and CTK Level 2 (Certified Kettlebell Trainer). I’m a 500 hour RYT (registered yoga teacher).
