In the exercise capital of Colorado there is surprisingly little focus on kettlebell training. One would think this cross training and total fitness tool would be a staple at every gym in this exercise-obsessed town, but it’s not. Why? The two-part answer is as surprising as the problem: 1) it is just plain hard work requiring complete concentration and 2) workouts are so intense they don’t need to take a whole hour.
A consummate athlete herself, Christian is thrilled to meet students of all athletic backgrounds. From day one she strives to give each student at-home material to meet his or her specific needs, relying on the axiom that one solo practice is worth 3 guided classes. With a background in bodywork therapy, yoga and martial arts, Christian encourages everyone to stay present with physical and mental changes as new movements open the body. She is excited to provide education, motivation and inspiration for students to reach their fitness goals and achieve new levels of health and flexibility.
