Chong Yee, Aw (aka ‘Chong’)
Chong has been in the health and fitness industry for 7 years. Having started out as a Personal Trainer with Planet Fitness in 2003, he has worked with numerous clienteles ranging from teenagers to over sixties. His clienteles includes people who aim to improve their sports, complete their first marathon, fat loss, injury rehabilitation or just to improve their health. He has always enjoyed sports and played competitive rugby in his school days.
Being a keen endurance athlete himself, he has completed numerous marathons, triathlons and duathlons both locally and overseas. Having a strong interest in core and stabilization training, he always finds new ways to challenge and improve his clients in their program. He firmly believes and understands the importance of a strong core working synergetically with other muscles of the body to create an efficient movement and reduce injury.
