As a lifelong athlete, Chelsea has several years of experience competing in many different sports, including: field hockey, martial arts, soccer, basketball, swimming, track and field. She currently enjoys participating in obstacle course races, trail running events, competitive beach volleyball,Triathlons, mountain biking, and stand up paddle boarding, all of which she has improved her performance through cross-training with kettlebells!

Chelsea is very passionate about her clients’ progress and success.
