Bill has been working within the fitness industry for the last 17 years. He co-founded Smith & Esch Fitness in 2007 to develop a community where everyone from post-rehabilitation to elite athlete could realize their full athletic potential. Smith & Esch Fitness provides personal training, group/executive training and Strength and Conditioning classes. Bill is passionate about educating his clients on the difference between exercise and functional movement. He takes a holistic approach to health and fitness by examining the lifestyle habits of each client, i.e. sleep, stress, emotional well being, nutrition, functional exercise and recovery.
Bill currently holds the current 32kg Kettlebell Long Cycle American record with 71 repetitions.
Bill enjoys hanging out with his wife LeeAnn and 2 year old daughter Gabrielle, reading comic books and mountain biking in his spare time.
