Benjamin has been teaching Martial Arts and physical conditioning for more than 10 years, and is currently a certified instructor in Pencak Silat, Aikido and Kettlebells. He has a holistic approach to fitness; combining the wisdom and methods of ancient martial arts with modern training science. He believes that a foundation of good health is essential for further fitness and strength development and as such places an emphasis on increasing general wellbeing in addition to functional strength training. He works with clients of all levels: from taking athletes to the next level to helping people lose weight and improve their health.
