A Certified Kettlebell Teacher Levels 1 & 2, Bea fell in love with fitness after losing 30 pounds through regular exercise and healthy nutrition habits. She has found that out of all the exercises and group fitness classes that she has taken, kettlebell training is by far the most fun and efficient way to get stronger and improve conditioning. The various moves continually improve her overall athleticism and the way she moves in everyday life: she can lift heavier things, run with more agility, and rock climb better. Bea is excited to share her passion for kettlebell training with you.
