Michael Simonson is the cofounder and head instructor of BCN Strength and Martial Arts Training (bcnma.com), a strength training and martial arts/contact sport academy located in Barcelona. Michael is a certified kettlebell coach and the first person to introduce and popularise Kettlebell training in Spain. He is also a practitioner and coach of combat sports and martial arts such as Western boxing, Thai boxing, Jun Fan Gung Fu/Kickboxing and Kali/Filipino arts, with more than 15 years of experience.

She has been practicing Muay Thai, Kali/Filipino Arts and Inosanto Jeet Kune Do under Michael Simonson for five years. Natalia is a Kettlebell instructor (the first female certified kettlebell instructor on the Iberian Peninsula) and is looking forward to starting competitive kettlebell lifting. Kettlebell training is an important part in her development and a very important tool in the fitness and martial arts classes she teaches to ensure effective and complete full body workouts. Natalia specializes in working with women interested in weight loss and fat reduction, Martial Arts Training for fitness, Kettlebell lifting for fitness and Kettlebell Sport.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Marko Suomi has been training and teaching kettlebells for a number of years and is the founder of the Finnish Kettlebell Association. Marko's interest in kettlebell sport resulted in him being the first Finn ever to compete in the GS World Championships. In addition to his skills as a kettlebell athlete/coach, Marko also has a background in acrobatics and martial arts. He won the silver medal in the Finnish Muay Thai Championships. Marko regulary promotes and hosts kettlebell competions in Finland in an effort to grow the sport and offer it’s numerous benefits to aspiring gireviks.
